Job Description:

In Trailhead Kids, we have the opportunity to come alongside the parents and families of our church community - not just by caring for the children during our Sunday Services, but bigger than that - by reinforcing BIG, important, gospel truths with these children.

We get to explore with them - what does it look like for you as a child to be a part of "walking in Christ as a community on mission"?


We are in need of Service Coordinators! Responsibilities for our SC's include:

  • oversee the check-in area, assisting parents as needed
  • help prepare the classrooms beforehand with basic needs (snacks, supplies)
  • be available to assist teachers and assistants as needed throughout a given service

This is an ideal role for those who want to help in TH Kids ministry, but are not overly excited about working with kids :)

    This will allow us to have some basic info about you, as well as note what ages or positions you'd prefer to work with. All this information is kept confidential.

2.) After you complete this application, you'll receive an email from asking you to authorize a background check.

    We complete checks on all our volunteers to ensure safe environments for our kids.  You cannot begin serving in Trailhead Kids until this background check is complete, so please address this promptly when you receive it. 

    Once these steps are completed, you'll be contacted about scheduling your first Sunday to serve, as well as connected with your classroom leader.
